I typically snack while I am working at my desk. Since I know sometimes I am not thinking about how much or what I eat, I always pre-portion my snacks or bring fruit. I, too, am obsessed with the maple and sea salt combination. I love the Boom-Chicka-Pop popcorn and can mow through a whole bag in one sitting if I am not careful! 🙂
I find it hard to watch TV without a snack! Thankfully I don’t watch too much TV! 🙂 But good drama and good snacks just go together!

I have been liking the snacks instead of meals concept. Keeps me charged throughout the day and lighter meals I don’t need a nap after eating.
I’m always snacking at work. 10 hour shifts on your feet require continuous fueling. I keep almonds at my desk because they can quickly quell tummy growls, and I also love having baby carrots and apples and peanut butter on hand.
