Well the pretty colors are a great start, but I really enjoyed the explanation of how to cook tofu in different ways and which types to use for each purpose (BBQing, broiling, firm vs. extra-firm, etc). The Dean’s list is a nice touch as well π <3 the tofu experts!
Duuuuuuude!! That beer battered green chili tofu looks AMAZEBALLS!!!!!!! I clicked over to the site, and honestly everything looks good. They already have your recipes up, and that beer battered goodness looks like my fave. But also the sriracha tofu. You know how I feel about sriracha. And beer. And fried food. And tofu.
